This is a placeholder policy page. The production privacy policy will be drafted by a UK solicitor and published here before the app goes live.
Coming soon. The plain English version of what we hold and why is already live on the Safety page. That content is the spirit of this policy. The formal legal version will be published here before any user account is created on Zibbo.
Summary
We hold: your email, your full postcode (for Stripe KYC and local delivery eligibility), a handle your kid picked, listing photos of items, and your Stripe payout details (held by Stripe). We do not hold: real names of children, dates of birth, school names, or photos of faces.
What we don’t do
No third party advertising trackers. No cross site behavioural profiling. No selling of data. No marketing emails beyond product launch updates you can unsubscribe from with one tap.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your data. You can delete your Zibbo account from the guardian app at any time; this removes your data from our systems within 30 days. Stripe retains completed transaction records because UK tax law requires it.
